Many tanks have magazines or guns that are magazine guns. They will manually reload so their 2 shells left will be replenished back to 3 in case they need to offload all 3 better to cause more damage. So maybe a tank with a 3 shot magazine pops out, shoots 1 shot, then gets back under cover. Manual reload is for tanks with magazines who don't fire all their shots to empty it. There is a reaload key, R i think, but those are used for magazine tanks, no need for a manual reload on tanks that shoot 1 shot at a time, they automatically reload after each shot. So a tank might have a 3 shot magazine, so they can shoot 3 shots faster than normal, but have a longer reload time to load up those 3 rounds back. Some tanks have a magazine, not a single shooting gun, which means they can load multiple rounds at once and fire those rounds faster, but they get a longer reload time when reloading the magazine. of course if your sniping or something just have to wait. Why are you just sitting there waiting to get shot lol. When your just sitting there waiting for a reload, get behind cover until your ready, especially with slower reload tanks.
